The 2008 Bentleys Aged Care Survey has collated and analysed financial and performance data from a wide range of aged care services across the nation.
The results have provided insight into the realities of aged care financial performance, and how economic and industry factors are affecting the bottom line for operators.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all survey participants for their efforts and contributions. Your input has been integral in this important industry initiative.
We look forward to continuing to work closely with the industry into the future.
Thank you.

Now in its 14th year, the Bentleys 2008 National Residential Aged Care
Survey continues to be the most comprehensive financial report of its kind in Australia.
The level of information provided through this survey goes beyond simple
"headline" data. It provides insight into the business drivers for aged
care services, and assists services to assess and compare operating costs,
and identify those areas in which they can improve performance.
The longevity, independence and integrity of the Bentleys National Survey has
earned industry-wide recognition from peak bodies, for profit / not-for-profit
sectors, and the Government.
The Minister for Ageing, the Hon Justine Elliot MP, has referenced the National
Residential Aged Care Survey in the Federal Government's recent projections
for aged and community care funding over the next four years.
2008 participants will be provided with the findings and data in early 2009.
