
Bentleys have conducted this survey over many years, and have worked closely with over
1,000 aged care providers. Our significant experience and industry insight
has been further developed through our partnership with the Australian Government
across all major aged care funding initiatives, including the annual ACAR and CAP
Financial Ratio Analysis.
The data and analysis provided through this survey reflects our understanding
of the specific information requirements of the Aged Care Sector.
In 2008, the survey has been enhanced to include a refined focus on ACFI
business risks and funding - all of which will assist services with 2009
budgeting processes and future planning.
The data collation system for this year has also been enhanced, and a newly developed
reporting function provides the capacity to produce Custom Participant Reports.
These reports offer comparative analysis for individual facilities across a
range of income and expense cost centres – and will identify variances on a priority basis.
This will enable services to pinpoint exactly where money can be saved in future planning.
